Machinery
We have two bore wells of 160 feet (approx) depth, both the bore wells can yield 18,000 Ltrs per hour raw water from the ground. We have raw water storing capacity of 1,00,000 Ltrs. We have two water softeners, two and filters, four carbon purifiers, seven micron filters of various micron sizes, four reverse osmosis (R.O) plants, which is design to give around 15,000 Ltrs of product water per hour. One ozone generators, two U.V Lights, four stainless steel (S.S) tanks for storing product water. All the product water lines are made up of high quality stainless steel.

Manpower
All the workers and staff compulsorily have to undergo a medical checkup before being appointed for the job. The company doctor examines all the employees for contagious diseases and physical Fitness. The management appoints only those who have been certified and recommended by the doctor.

Apart from this, all the workers are examined daily by our microbiologist for Personal hygiene, sickness, cleanliness, nail cutting, cleanliness of the dress etc., just before starting the production. All the workers compulsorily have to wash their hands and legs with soap and detergent solution before entering the plant. All the workers engaged for filling should be free from fever and cold, must wear a cap, a mask, apron and surgical gloves to avoid any contamination and to ensure hygienic quality product.
