We have fully equipped analytical lab as per the ISI norms and condition. We have enrolled one highly qualified well trained analytical chemist. To conduct periodically physical and chemical analysis of our Raw water, treated water and product water as per the instructions of Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS). The analytical Chemist test and analysis all our water samples before being filled into the containers. The Chemist conducts the following tests as per ISI Standards (IS- 14543).

All the test results are recorded in the respective formats and counter sign by the Quality Control Manager.
Apart from this every month we are testing additional six parameters at the external lab recognize by the Bureau of Indian Standards.
DAILY PLANT CLEANING AND SANITATION :
All the tanks, pumps, pipe lines, sand filters, carbon purifiers are sanitized and back washed Daily before and after production with 100 PPM of chlorine, 20 minutes of contact time, Rinsed cleaned and checked for residual chlorine before starting the production. Side by Side the entire flooring, wall tiles, are cleaned with detergent and disinfectant.
Pits full of disinfectant are provided at the entrance of the plant, so as to Dip their legs before entering the plant, to avoid any external infection, to maintain high Hygiene inside the plant. Filling rooms are installed with air conditioners, air curtains at the entrance and exit points, also enough lighting is provided inside the plant. The entire plant flooring, walls are tiled for easy maintenance, cleaning and sanitation. All the sand and carbon purifiers are backwashed, rewashed and sterilized before and after the production.
WEEKLY SANITATION :
100 PPM of chlorine sanitation is carried out to all the SS tanks, pumps, pipe lines, filling valves etc., all the micron filters are dismantled, chlorinated, rinsed and refitted, if required, it is also replaced. All the raw water storage tanks drained, scraped with brushed using detergents, all the four walls and the floor of the tank, rinsed and finally filled for the next day's production.
MONTHLY SANITATION :
Apart from daily sanitation a monthly sanitation is carried out to all the sand and carbon purifiers, by opening man holes for inspection and thorough cleaning. Open manual backwashing is also carried out, sterilized and refitted for further use.
PEST CONTROL :
Weekly and monthly required pest control chemicals are sprayed inside and outside the plant for complete destruction of pest, insect, rodent etc., also fumigation is carried out to sterilize the plant and both the laboratories.
